Extremely knowledgeable, professional and fast. I haven’t been able to get anyone to come over given the demand with the weather damage this past week. After a few days of pulling my hair out, I saw a post about SL Irrigation and called...they called me back almost immediately and came by the next day...and they showed up exactly when they said they would. They repaired my sprinkler pipe which connects directly to the main water line, insulated it, and installed a valve so I can shut it off/drain it for the next freeze...AND they were 1/3rd the price of three other companies who quoted me over the phone. I would definitely recommend and will be using for all future needs.

Texas Winter Storm: I totally support this business! Although everyone in the State of Texas is in need at the moment, I hesitantly called and left a message for this company knowing that it may be WEEKS before someone would be able to come out to access our damage. Well to our surprise we received a call back and they came out within the hour and fixed our broken sprinkler pipe.
Being new to the area and going through something as detrimental as many of my fellow Texans, they were DEFINITELY heaven sent to help myself and my family!! I will sing praises at the top of any mountain for the service this company provided!! I would highly recommend!

We contacted Sugar Land Irrigation & Maintenance, LLC for a front yard make over, they came to our home and asked about our likes and expectations for the work, then they gave us a quote and a design of the work, after the HOA approval we scheduled a date. The office keeps you updated via text/email and will answer all your questions. The crew came at 7am and started working non-stop. Our front yard looks amazing! I have to say that late in the afternoon we turned on the sprinkler system and realized a pipe was broken by accident. They came right away and fixed it. This Sugar Land family owned and operated company deserves 5 stars!

We had a really bad sprinkler pipe break due to the really bad 2021 deep freeze in our area. The team at Sugar Land Irrigation was very polite and professional through all the steps. They were prompt in getting an estimate for the repairs as well as very honest. Pricing for all the work was very fair as well. No price gouging at all. On the day of the repair they were on time and professional. Job was done quickly and everything was thoroughly explained to me. Pics were taken as well to document the job. I would highly recommend them and would use them for any sprinkler issue I may have again.

When I called SL Irrigation & Maintenance, I got a prompt response. They showed up on time, and within a few minutes, detected my sprinklers problems. Being very professional, they have been working very hard, not just only to fix the problems, but also to prevent any in the future. I have drains on the both sides of my house, which were stopped up. I had called other people to come out to unstop them, but no-one ever showed up. Sugar Land Irrigation & Maintenance, LLC was recommended on my subdivision FB page. I am so glad I called them. They came out when they said they would, and gave me an estimate. My drains were fixed within a couple of days. They also gave me advice on keeping them open. There was no price gouging. They were very professional, and I really appreciate their help with my problem! Now I know, I have a company I can depend on. If I had known at the time they also provide help with landscaping, I would have gotten some help with a problem I have with that. So, I will be calling them back.

Huge shout out to Sugar Land Irrigation & Maintenance. Although I had them scheduled for next week they came earlier on my request. They were very professional and arrived on time. Fixed the sprinkler pipe within 30 minutes and also tested the system thoroughly. Highly recommended for anyone who still has damaged pipes from the snow storm.

I contacted Sugar Land Irrigation & Maintenance to repair my sprinkler valve after the last freeze. Super easy to contact and set up an appointment, with great communication throughout. They even called to make sure it was ok to arrive earlier than scheduled! After fixing valve they explained exactly what I needed to do in the future to prevent it from happening again. They also gave me a great price on cleaning out the flower beds and laying down quality mulch. Now my front yard looks amazing. Finally found a great, professional company to help out with my yard.

I had work done for backflow replacement after a crack appeared in one of the valves. They were able to give me a reasonable quote for the work and were available the next day. They arrived early and were professional the entire time. He was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. On top of that, he helped fix an issue with one of the nozzles of a sprinkler head at no additional charge.This was one of the best customer service experiences that I've had, and I highly recommend them.

I am a perfectionist by nature and really appreciate people who do things how it should be done. It is really hard to impress me if you don't do the job right. They made sure their team did all the work exactly how I had imagined. They replaced backflow preventer valve for my sprinkler system, prepped the area with landscape fabric and edging to install Blackstar gravel, provided me drip irrigation connections for my vegetable beds, created a stepped stone walkway, prepped the area with landscape fabric and edging to install kiddie cushion mulch for the playset, planted fruit trees, and re-routed sprinkler heads. Sugar Land Irrigation and Maintenance was a breath of fresh air, after bad experiences with other contractors. They were on time, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. They explained the process and steps that they were taking as they completed the electrical repairs for our irrigation. They then spent the time to educate us on the process to program our system. I would highly recommend them.

I have tried 2 contractors but this company already impressed me from the very start of my contact with them. Very polite from the making of first appointment and I was already impressed with them showing up exactly at the appointed time. My husband is very particular with the details in the contract and Sugarland Irrigation and Maintenance listened patiently to our suggestions and requests and called my husband whenever needed to, and changed the proposal so many times until we were satisfied with it. Sugar Land Irrigation & Maintenance and their team did a great job overhauling our front flower bed. They listened carefully to what we did and did not want, then they developed a plan that was easy to follow. When their work crew arrived, they moved quickly but still paid attention to details, removing old tree roots and completely refreshing the bed soil. The plants we have now and their appearance make us truly proud of our front flower bed for the first time in the 17 years we have been here! We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to everyone!

Sugar Land Irrigation & Maintenance, LLC and their team impressed us all around. When they came to provide the quote, was an absolute professional, good listener, courteous, ethical, super knowledgeable and very hardworking. On top of that, they were competitive in pricing and finished within the timeline they quoted. We are very happy with the final product. We had to remove: palm trees, dead trees/bushes, pavers, bamboo, large fountain, while repairing a drain and layering grass everywhere. We needed to have our landscaping redone and the "Winter Apocalypse" in February gave us the chance. We also had a crack in our sprinkler backflow preventer that needed to be fixed. Sugar Land Irrigation & Maintenance came out and gave us a fair estimate for the work required and a list of plants to choose from. They even sent us a sketch of our beds and where the plants could go so we could see how it would look once finished. They arrived exactly when they said they would and the work was completed very quickly. A few of the plants didn't make it and they came out and replaced the plants at no cost to us within a week. Sugar Land Irrigation & Maintenance & staff are friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

I had a dated front yard, overgrown shrubs that encroached into the walking path to the front door, and two large oak trees that were due for a trim. I called a couple of different companies, but Sugar Land Irrigation & Maintenance was the one I choose and I'm glad that I did. They are honest, professional, friendly, timely, and very responsive. Finding a good company to come do work always seems to be hit or miss. This is one to save for future reference. They responded to me by email on the same day that I requested a free estimate/consultation and was able to accommodate my schedule without an issue. They came by to go over the landscaping work that I wanted to get done and was able to answer my questions including providing their suggestions on the types of plants that would work best, which ones I wanted to keep, and the need to replace the few landscaping stones that I had with a much better hardscape design. From the outset, they were extremely professional and friendly. They promptly provided me with an estimate for the work and a rough mockup of the front yard with the new plants for my reference. I still had many other questions, but they were able to field all of them with ease. Their pricing is good and is similar to other companies that I requested estimates from prior to speaking with this company. They showed up each day at 8 AM and worked hard throughout a week that had scattered showers at times and intense heat at others, but were able to finish everything within the week as expected. Honestly, the end result was better than I originally envisioned. The new plant changes are great, but the hardscape work is very eye-catching and appealing when passing the house now. I also had a section of my sprinklers that was not functioning anymore due to worn out parts, but they were able to handle that easily as well. Now, my house has good curb appeal thanks to these fantastic upgrades. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again for future landscaping or irrigation upgrades.

Listened well to what we needed and worked to get the scope aligned to our budget.
